A postscript to my 2 earlier posts from today, Tuesday, April 12, 2011, just below this one.
I went to C-Span TV tonight and, lo and behold, there was US President (Secretary of State) Hillary Clinton giving a LIVE keynote address to the above audience tonight.
Another beauty.
It will not be available on C-Span video archives, probably, for a couple more hours or tomorrow, since it just occurred.
But, you really MUST hear this and see the audience, as well.
I will post her speech when a taped video of it appears on C-Span.

Approximately a half hour, more or less.
