I agree with its introduction, that is, analysis being PARTIALLY correct, good, and, some very important historical facts, reminders.
BUT, in reality, it began elsewhere with acceptance, acquiescence, quiescence, of USSR dissolution, opportunistic, rapacious, European PRIVATIZATION, investment, in former USSR countries continued through to Western Europe and elsewhere, including FORMERLY Red CHINA, representing a MAJOR GLOBAL BALANCE OF POWER SHIFT, CHANGE, REALIGNMENT.
Then, later, SHOVED DOWN expanded, collective, EU THROATS, a pernicious EURO CURRENCY handing to UNITED NAZI German 800 pound Gorilla (and past partner Vichy France) vultures on a silver platter European financial domination, integration and, coincidentally, subsidization for THEIR PRIVATIZATION.
USSR dissolution, however, being THE/A necessary green light, PRECURSOR, for ALL preceding and subsequent events, including, of course, Iraq/Afghan war, invasion, MidEast, North Africa occupations, destabilization coups, etc.
Debt manufacture, manipulation, HISTORICALLY a bit more complex, specific to each particular instance.
