WATER, GAZA, ISRAEL, EGYPT

With so many important developments happening everywhere, one might easily wonder WHY bother highlighting an article, report, below, about seemingly so inconsequential an event as a proposed Gaza water desalination plant.
The reason it caught my attention lay in a SECOND link from a much earlier entry I did which follows immediately below.

Following, also, another BRIEF Egypt news clip, a paragraph, snippet, seemingly once again trivial, insignificant, on the surface of it.
However, one must simply take my word for a following assertion, US DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) being incomparable, MUCH, MUCH, MORE important, significant, than our public face whipping boy and CIA operational arm.
DIA existence rarely being acknowledged, discussed, mentioned, reported, publicly.
DIA stands at the "brains" of what one can call post WWII US 1947 National Security Act, a DEEP STATE covert hierarchical intelligence structure, pyramid, NAZI dung heap.
US MILITARY, i.e., PENTAGON, Defense Agency, home of former NAZI German General, for example, then to become Pentagon Plans Officer, Fritz Kraemer, and, mentor of operational protege Henry KISSINGER, CFR, Rockefeller, et.al.
CIA being to DIA as a junior, subservient, operational, hands on, partner.
Fact a DIA Director, apparatchik, appeared in Egypt (and Bahrain) becomes meaningful in and of itself.
Question, of course, being WHY, WITH WHOM THEY PARTNER, ISSUES DISCUSSED, THREATS, PROMISES??
I can not answer my own questions, unfortunately.
I, along with others, can only SURMISE.
