And, they contribute financially to DEMOCRATS, altho, occasionally, as the case MAY necessitate, Republicans.

NOBODY OPPOSES, EXPOSES, THEM.
NOBODY CONFRONTS THEM, least of all their own members, intimidated, suppressed, squelched.

So, continue doing more of the same.
Rest assured, species extinction, annihilation, guaranteed, as promised, forecast, with upcoming disastrous weather events, not to mention war and multitudinous, simultaneous, other natural calamities.

As for a newly minted, latest, crop of US Northeast domestic Hurricane refugees, I do NOT want MY FEDERAL TAXPAYER DOLLARS TO SUBSIDIZE PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANIES TO REBUILD PRIVATE ticky-tacky houses ALONG flood prone coastal shorelines, as well as EXPANSIVE NYC LUXURY housing and commercial real estate development.

How about DECENTRALIZATION as but ONE part of solving a NYC transportation, housing, energy dilemma??
Just ONE suggestion for a necessary revamp, overhaul, reassessment, realignment of domestic needs.
And, NO real estate development of ANY sort, kind, MILES from ANY shoreline!!

For example, I do NOT want to REBUILD an OBSCENE LOWER MANHATTAN NAZI PHALLUS SYMBOL, what original NYC WTC represented in the first place, constructed on Manhattan LANDFILL!!

Good HISTORICAL and geological reason exists why infamous, notorious, late 19th and early 20th century NYC immigrants, refugees, "huddled masses" huddled together in the most undesirable of all places, LOWER MANHATTAN SWAMP and LAND FILL TENEMENTS and SWEATSHOPS!!

I DO, instead, want a NATIONAL NON-PROFIT HOUSING PROGRAM FOR ALL, including a current ARMY OF HOMELESS, DISPLACED, WANDERING CITY STREETS LONG BEFORE ANY HURRICANE.
What about THEM??
UNTERMENSCHEN, DECLASSE, lumpen proletariat, PROPERTY-LESS, DO NOT COUNT AT ALL.
NOT on ANYONE'S political RADAR SCREEN.

And what about those made HOMELESS by the very SAME PRIVATE BANKS, INSURANCE AGENCIES,  REAL ESTATE MOGULS, (all one and the same overlapping interests, cartels,) UNDERWRITTEN, SUBSIDIZED, BY FEDERAL TAXPAYER DOLLARS, like ALL OTHER PRIVATE INTERESTS, CORPORATIONS, IN THIS COUNTRY??

How about disaster relief preparation, planning, program, asset re-allocation, utilization, resource appropriation, management, redundancies, rehearsals, etc., BEFORE, rather than after, disaster strikes??

How about COLLECTIVIZING, APPROPRIATING, REQUISITIONING our INDUSTRIAL, NATURAL RESOURCE, TRANSPORTATION, COMMUNICATION, ENERGY, HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, AGRICULTURE SYSTEMS to IMPLEMENT such programs.

How about RATIONALIZING a production and distribution system that now represents a crazy patchwork quilt of PRIVATELY owned and operated industries from point of origin to destination, consumption??

How about LESS, rather than more, consumption, recycling, rationalized, equitable, asset allocation, planning, a full employment economy with less intensive labor exploitation, shorter hours and/or work weeks, more shifts, volunterism, etc.??

How about EXPANDING, rather than contracting, OUR PUBIC SECTOR??
NOT PUBLIC DEBT!!
EXPANDED, NOT SHRINKING, PUBLIC ASSETS!! 

HOW ABOUT NOT REWARDING, FORGETTING, FORGIVING, our GLOBE'S MOST BARBARIC, HORRIFIC, SADISTIC, ONGOING, NAZI WAR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL PROFITEERS and FINANCIERS and their CLONES??!!
