GO OUTSIDE THE PARTY FOR A VP PICK, or, get a lesser known political name.

ALSO, SHOW, NAME, those "POWERFUL" BACKGROUND PEOPLE, interests, negotiators, WHOM HE INDICATES SUPPORT AND STAND BEHIND HIM, and, FORM A POTENT AND POTENTIAL COUNCIL OF ADVISORS, A HINT OF A GOVERNING TEAM, NOW, IMMEDIATELY!
AND LET THEM ALL COME OUT PUNCHING HARD!

If he says he wants competent people THEN SHOW IT!
