ROSNEFT, ET.AL.

Below, some pertinent info, EXCEPT, I take issue at a continued Rosneft classification as some sort of State institution.

I think it imperative to remind everyone, amongst others, ROSNEFT is NOT a "state" institution.

If Rosneft is NATIONALIZED, then, so are EXXON and others named in MY many posts.
