Considering the STATE, i.e, TAXPAYER MONIES, are SUBSIDIZING this project, along with most everything else "PRIVATE" why should it be PRIVATELY OWNED, FOR PROFIT!
What NEED FOR A MIDDLE MAN??

Isn't this THE DEFINITION OF NATIONAL SECURITY??

Amongst many others, for EXAMPLE, ANY health care provider will tell you how MISERABLE the computer has made THEIR LIVES, our MEDICAL SYSTEM, due to THEIR never ending need to SELL MORE electronic devices, updated, changing, programming, hardware, software, security systems, which do NOT even talk to one another, time and money wasted on redundant data entry, INSURANCE, LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, along with all sorts of miscellaneous accessories and gadgets, the tip of a proverbial iceberg.
