One of MANY ways HERE AND ABROAD people suffer QUIET, INVISIBLE, "lives of desperation," economic death, aside from, in addition to, unemployment, underemployment, poverty wages, exploitation, inadequate and/or expensive health care, suffocating debt, hunger, war, dislocation, etc., is with/by/from homelessness and its corresponding GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED, PRIVATE, LUXURY REAL ESTATE
SPECULATION, DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION, EXPANSION, occurring most everywhere in the US, and, abroad.
This subject rarely acknowledged or highlighted in everyday Establishment media and/or politics since most ALL private capital AND THEIR POLITICIANS in one or another way involved in this stealth SUDDEN DEATH, DISPLACEMENT SYSTEM.
These HOUSING, real estate, land speculation, development policies, KILL those our armchair, limousine, BILLIONAIRE sponsored, Love me I'm Liberal, institutions, think tanks, individuals, POLITICIANS, CLAIM they want to help, serve, etc., along with lots of "charity" monies available for those "less fortunate" victims who INCREASE PROPORTIONALLY AND ASTRONOMICALLY by the very policies THEY PERPETUATE themselves above/below!
It is a BIPARTISAN adventure.
Sleazebag, petty, small time, trash, inarticulate, stupid, gangster connected, hustler and real estate mogul, profiteer, TV entertainer, Trump, WELL understands the way the game is played from his own NYC background.
NYC subsequently becoming a playground for the GLOBAL wealthy, rich, famous, thanks to preceding processes removing ALL vestiges of ANY working class, modest income, housing INHABITANTS.
IF you do NOT like Trump, you do NOT like our ENTIRE SYSTEM!
So, stop complaining.
Trump is a perfect embodiment of our economic system but in your face, instead of with a genteel veneer!
Personally, I prefer my Fascism right up front.
NYC was/is a special national case event and prototype since it had a unique system of approximately, around, one million, more or less, RENT CONTROLLED apartments emanating from pre AND post WWII circumstances.
THAT SYSTEM HAD TO BE DESTROYED, DEMOLISHED, REPLACED, FROM WITHIN, FIRST, in order for inflationary speculation to occur.
NY sets a stage for elsewhere in the country.
Not ethnic, but, economic cleansing!
Also, any NYC industry which DID exist, at one time, DISAPPEARED, in significant part due to real estate economics, what they call GENTRIFICATION, nothing more than a name for another ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED housing, real estate, rent, "condo," land, asset bubble.
Urban renewal means urban removal.
Wealthy, or, those indebted, "upward mobile," move in, the rest move out or onto the streets, becoming a vast army, sea, of invisible urban refugees.
Housing, land usage, real estate, being just another commodity in a profit driven, commodity, PRIVATELY OWNED, SPECULATIVE, market system.
Major and minor urban centers thruout the US participate in this ongoing economic free for all fueled by CONTINUED OBOOMA FEDERAL RESERVE STIMULUS MONIES, QE, POLICIES EMANATING out of WASHINGTON, D.C., ALONG, IN CONJUNCTION, WITH LOCAL TAX REAL ESTATE TAX ABATEMENT FOR DEVELOPERS, FREE MONEY ALL AROUND, except, of course, for their disposable and dispensable economic victims.
A win-win for PRIVATE CAPITAL!
EVERYONE else SUDDENLY finds themselves FORCED TO SUBSIDIZE LOCAL TAX LOSSES, experiencing almost over nite, literally, ENORMOUS, ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED, GALLOPING, REAL ESTATE TAX ASSESSMENTS, VALUES, RENTS, AND, AS A RESULT, they MUST leave homes or apartments of long standing due to inability to PAY these exorbitant, ARTIFICIALLY DRIVEN, INFLATED, REAL ESTATE VALUES AND TAXES, ALL CONSEQUENCE OF OBOOMA PRIVATELY OWNED FEDERAL RESERVE QE, I.E., STIMULUS MONIES ALONG WITH LOCAL TAX ABATEMENT POLICIES!
Those 2 factors create SUDDEN ghettos, virtually overnite, working in tandem, hand in glove, together, creating yet another real estate asset bubble, generating MORE POVERTY BY ALL ABOVE who willingly participate in illusions, delusions, of economic grandeur and prosperity for all!
Well, THESE REAL ESTATE POLICES of FREE STIMULUS MONIES, TAX ABATEMENT, MUST CHANGE, STOP, HALT, IN ADDITION TO ALL ELSE.
There can, must, and, should be NO LOCAL collaboration, IMPLEMENTATION, cooperation, with ANY policies above, counter actions and polices developed accordingly!
