How could I resist a free, unsolicited, ad/plug for book regarding subject matter ABOVE/BELOW, i.e., ongoing crimes against humanity under HUMANITARIAN/medical AUSPICES!!
Bertram Gross in 1980 wrote a book entitled "Friendly Fascism" describing essentially similar nexus, idea, then as now.
Details, of course, differ, but, same concept implied in title.
I always liked Gross's title.
Preceding oxymoron to ME, at least, SEEMED such a clever, ironic, description.
