I am going to extract/excerpt a particular subject matter from a previous blog entry I did approximately one year ago, February 20, 2008.
The reason will become apparent when I link it to the present. So, from my February, 2008 entry:

However, the tenc website ALSO did some excellent work, previously, about Ramsey Clark's presence at the former trials of the Yugoslavian leader, Milosevic.

Ramsey Clark, as noted, is/was attached to the "Left" International Action Center, here, in the US, and, they, in turn, to the ANSWER coaliton in the US, which sponsors lots of demonstrations.
Just this past year, only a few months ago, in November 27-29, 2007, the same Ramsey Clark was THE US representative and, apparently, from what I read, President, at an international, "All India Anti-Imperlialist Forum," in India.
I want to draw EVERYONE'S attention to the "political resolutions" adopted at this presumed Left international forum, approximately half or two thirds down the text, note especially, those "political resolutions" numbered, #3, #4 and #5, supporting Hizbullah, Nassrallah and Kurdistan, opposing Turkey:

It becomes abundantly clear just what purpose Ramsey Clark served at this conference.
The same one being served BY ALL OF THE ABOVE taken together.
The "Left," in the US, is the Right.
It is incumbent upon everyone and anyone who attended the preceeding conference to DISAVOW, REPUDIATE and DISASSOCIATE themselves and/or their organizations, from the above political resolutions.
They are disastrous and counter-revolutionary ones..."

If you've done your homework correctly, well and properly and have been following THIS blog, all along, the implications and conclusions of ALL those named at the above Beirut Conference should be obvious and transparent.
Hezbollah, of course, is supported by Iran and together they are just as much reponsible for counter-revolution and slaughter in Iraq and Lebanon and elsewhere as is anyone else they name. And, of course, it was Hezbollah that BLOCKED and ABORTED Lebanon's scheduled general strike alittle while back.
Hezbollah is despicable.
And, of course, the above NOTICEABLY did NOT name IRAN, nor Iran's Nazi occupation, militias, proxy forces in Iraq, death squads, torture, INCLUDING Iraqi Palestinians.
It is also quite extraordinary and remarkable that REPUTED Baathists were sitting in the same room with their ARCH ENEMY and, of course, NOTHING was said about any of the above. And, NOTE the following sentence I EXCERPTED:

CHARACTERIZING resistance as "Islamic" is clear and intentional. In an OVERALL context, one can have an "Islamic" ELEMENT, but, a small part, only an ingredient. But, that is very different. At the same time, "secular Leftists," as they were described, were present. So, the following sentence, EXCERPT, again, MY emphasis in BOLD...
"...important goal of the forum is how, despite the ideological contradictions, to find how to work together hand in hand to achieve unity against imperialism...”
Never mind imperialism emanating from Iran, nor, for that matter, much else of the other players and actors in both this and that part of the world I have documented on this blog.
Draw your own conclusions.
To me, the perfidy and the reasons for it are obvious.
And, THAT is why I will NOT participate in ANY upcoming, ersatz Opposition events in United Suckers and Assholes nation in the next week or so.
I will not legitimize, condone, sanction, the illegitimate Nazi enablers and collaborators, both here and abroad, not to mention a futile waste of one's time and energy for the above reasons.
They represent the despicable enablement of Nazism and class capitulation and collaboration, rationalized and characterized hypocritically as Left Opposition. Sickening, nauseating, horrendous betrayal and self-serving opportunism, well paid, no doubt. Leadership, I mean. It is truly appalling.
So, you will most definitely, certainly, NOT see me in Washington, DC, on March 21, nor, anywhere else with ANY of the above at any time, whatsoever.
I recommend they be BOYCOTTED!
