Former FCC Chair Copps, above, advocates important and obvious aspects about OPEN internet access and content, along with DISGUSTING, REVOLTING, PRIVATIZED, Cable TV, as pejorative term Cablization implies.

But, WHY does Copps bother advocating for open and equal internet content access while ignoring preceding PRIVATE interests like NAZI ROCKEFELLER who sits on his/their Committee(s) and OWN most everything??
 
So, as day follows night, like Cable TV with their hundreds, thousands, of redundant, CRAPPY, STATIONS, what other outcome does Copps expect regarding internet content, service??

As ONE caller indicates, with so much presumed cable TV choice, FOR WHICH PEOPLE PAY, she MUST resort to other means for INFORMATION, that being ONE of THE MAIN reasons INTERNET exists.

PRIVATELY OWNED CONGLOMERATE CABLE TV is a "VAST WASTELAND" OF RESOURCE, MONEY, ENERGY, providing mostly INTELLECTUAL, TOXIC, JUNK FOOD, COMMERCIAL, SANITIZED, PROGRAMMING, PROPAGANDA, DIVERSION, ENTERTAINMENT, ETC.

PROFITABLE GATEKEEPERS.

ALSO mentioned by a person who telephoned into the program, our internet system initially was created WITH and BY TAXPAYER MONIES, but, subsequently, PRIVATELY APPROPRIATED for COMMERCIAL PROFIT!!

TV AND INTERNET SERVICES MUST BE RESTORED AS A PUBLIC UTILITY FOR WHICH ANY PRIVATE INTEREST PAYS TO UTILIZE, NOT OTHER WAY AROUND!!

TV IS, WAS, CAN, and SHOULD BE AN EDUCATIONAL ADJUNCT, APPENDAGE, and, RESOURCE TOOL, FOR ALL!!

Until and unless ABOVE OWNERSHIP SYSTEM CHANGES, outcomes are PREDICTABLY SHOCKING and AWE-FUL, with further INTELLECTUAL DEGRADATION, DETERIORATION, revisionist history, sanitized content, commercial propaganda, lowest possible common denominator, advertising, sensational titillation, etc.

But, Copps NEVER DIRECTLY CHALLENGES THE UNDERLYING, BASIC, FUNDAMENTAL, CONTRADICTION OF PRIVATE VERSUS PUBLIC OWNERSHIP as ANTITHESIS, ANTIDOTE.

Copps appropriately laments SYMPTOMS, but, argues for its/their CONTAINMENT, CONTROL, REGULATION, NEVER outright elimination, eradication, of their underlying, root, CAUSE.

DIALECTIC DENIED!

And, that's why "they" ALLOW Copps to speak on their CABLE TV show and NOT someone else advocating ABOVE!!
