EXXON/ALASKA/INFRASTRUCTURE; LUXURY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT; DEBT & RELATED NOTES

A number of seemingly eclectic, but, related items I want to elaborate upon.

First, some selective DOMESTIC housekeeping notes, a little trip down memory lane NOT from ancient history but merely a few years back, 2008, hopefully jarring one's collectively stupid minds.

Some reading this post MAY recall MANY earlier entries I did with extensive REFERENCES provided regarding FORMER Alaska State Republican Governor Sarah Palin and her hard BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS in a then proposed ALASKA and TRANSCANADA GAS PIPELINE PROJECT.
(I WILL provide ONE earlier post, link, below.)

Then, when Palin became a Republican Vice-Presidential candidate, I claimed PALIN'S ONLY problem being she was NOT a member of international NAZI ROCKEFELLER LINEAGE and behemoth EXXON fan club, and, partners, like BP, and, thus, THEIR VICIOUS ATTACK dogs were unleashed from their kennels for everything BUT that one issue.

All else superficial, customary, window dressing. 

Well, GUESS WHO RETURNS TO ALASKA'S LNG EXPORT business since Palin's departure?? 

Answer and question being rhetorical, obviously.

Could SHE have done ANY worse??

In conjunction with above/below, ALASKA LNG EXPORT plans, as ELSEWHERE on the continental US, comes another supposedly opaque "liberal, progressive, FASCIST partnered AFL-CIA" DEMAND, PROPOSAL, for more taxpayer funded INFRASTRUCTURE development supposedly "STIMULATING JOBS," but, ONCE AGAIN, another BOONDOGGLE SUBSIDIZING ALL ABOVE AND BELOW!!

This insult heaped on top of current FEDERAL taxpayer "STIMULUS" monies, which, in MANY local urban centers, SUBSIDIZES REAL ESTATE LUXURY DEVELOPMENT and provides LOCAL REAL ESTATE TAX ABATEMENT, RELIEF, for ASSET BUBBLE creations, as everyone else's real estate taxes go UP, UP, AND, AWAY as a consequence of artificially inflated STIMULUS values thus FORCING OUT existing low, modest, income residents, i.e., urban renewal equals urban removal and squalor.

But, wait, it CREATES JOBS!!

Actually, these UNNECESSARY, redundant, real estate developments represent GHETTOS before being built, finished and occupied.

They just don't know it.

Of course, Federal taxpayer STIMULUS monies subsidize MORE PRIVATE entities, as well, like CHARTER SCHOOLS, OBOOMA PRIVATE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE, Quantitative Easing, Banks, etc. 

SOCIALIZED DEBT rising astronomically as PRIVATE PROFIT increases.

It's a long list, not even counting subsidies to OVERSEAS PRIVATE INVESTMENT in MANY MULTIPLE FORMS, including military.

But, hey, it ALL creates jobs, doesn't it??
So does concentration camp construction.

A final comment.

US AFL-CIA/SEIU labor and other nominally self declared "progressive, Liberal," partnered FASCIST COLLABORATORS do and can NOT locate Greece on a map BECAUSE then they would have to confront SIMILAR POLICY issues as here regarding DEBT, STIMULUS, QE, its/their IMPLICATIONS, consequences.

It's a one, two, punch, a setup.

NAZI Democrats and ALL PARTNERS named above  support DEBT, STIMULUS, QE, OBOOMACARE, ETC.

NAZI Republicans come next, BLAME Democrats FOR DEBT, WHICH IS ACCURATE, BUT, THEY WILL SAY THEY MUST CUT BACK GOVERNMENT SPENDING, i.e, "ENTITLEMENTS," ALL CONVENIENTLY FORGETTING PRIVATE PROFIT and SOCIALIZED DEBT!!

Will our NAZI Democrats DEMAND DEBT REPUDIATION for THAT WHICH THEY THEMSELVES CREATED??

As for our DEPLORABLE LABOR UNIONS, AFL-CIA/SEIU PARTNERS, they can be held responsible and accountable for their OWN INDIVIDUAL health insurance and pensions with NO taxpayer guarantees, subsidies, whatsoever since they ACTIVELY SUPPRESS, OPPOSE, EXPANDING a NATIONAL, COMPREHENSIVE, MEDICARE FOR ALL SINGLE PAYER PLAN in favor of OBOOMACARE.

They can ALL go on Oboomacare, themselves.

NO reason to continue EMPLOYER BASED health care and/or pension benefits.
