Apparently, ONCE AGAIN, I am informed by OTHERS, someone named Fadil DILMANN, Chairman of a Canadian Relief Fund, WAS attached to/with BARZANI'S notorious Eagle Group of Iraq. DILMANN being either employed, remunerated, paid in some way and/or on the Eagle Group of Iraq Board, staff.
Again, I cannot, YET, verify, confirm, this information.
But, IF CORRECT, Fadil DILMANN's BIOGRAPHICAL CAREER BACKGROUND, associations and connections are indeed very interesting, fascinating, to say the least.
