LABOR NOTES FROM A NAZI HOMELAND: SEIU vs NUHW and BLOW UP BP'S GULF GUSHER!

This time, I decided to feature an upcoming, ongoing, titanic California labor battle denouement.

I posted previous entries about this monumental, HISTORIC, epic union struggle, but, as pointed out below, a decisive vote as to which labor union, corrupt, criminal Goliath SEIU or upstart David NUHW, will represent California Kaiser Permanente PRIVATE health care provider's 45,000 employees, ultimately determining challenger David NUHW's fate and long term viability.
I am compelled somewhat to slightly qualify, modify the report and book review below analyzing this epic labor battle.
I have NOT read the book to which the report and review refers, so, PERHAPS, these points and implications ARE discussed within.
As I mentioned in PREVIOUS posts, THE MAJOR reason, implications, surrounding a labor battle of this sort for the hearts, soul and mind of organizational, institutional labor control, as it is presented below, is NOT procedural, methodological bottom up versus top down.
It is control and continuity OVER organized institutional PENSION FUND INVESTMENT and their implicit, explicit class partnership and collaboration with PRIVATE CAPITAL, its policies, goals, profitability, expansion abroad and at home.
As a corollary to the above organized labor PARTNERS with and helps FINANCE the Democratic Party.
The threat of an upstart challenge like NUHW to SEIU involves potentially seizing, wresting away, significantly altering, fundamentally changing this union/capital power relationship and their hierarchical control, collaboration, partnership and policies over and away from those as represented above.
THAT'S THE BIG DEAL and enchilada.
How organized labor gets there is irrelevant, at least, ancillary, secondary.
The methodology, tactics employed by NUHW, for example, IMPLIES CONSISTENCY on a NATIONAL level, but, still, it/they does/do NOT guarantee or assure such an outcome.
Nonetheless, NUHW versus SEIU poses enough of a significant practical threat to our present institutional class Establishment and their dominant, absolute, hierarchical organizational straight jacket to be worrisome both to themselves and the private, corporate Establishment whom they represent as a consistent, reliable class partner, collaborator and investor.
One gaping hole, breach in their dictatorial organizational fortress monopoly MIGHT be sufficient to pry open the castle gates further allowing a siege mentality to ensue and their entire defensive edifice so carefully constructed, the Walls of Jericho, come tumbling down around them:

To further illustrate, demonstrate the points I make above, compare and contrast the following report on the same website regarding our largest public service employees labor union, AFSCME, and their upcoming supposedly contested national election.
Note AFSCME official policies and distribution of labor dues allocated between local, national and international administrative bodies.
Nor, STILL, does the report below criticize or mention THE fundamental, inherent policy contradiction represented by organized labor's gross, collective PENSION FUND INVESTMENT into private financial and industrial corporations, thus mortgaging themselves, membership and class as a whole into an existential dilemma, partnership and double bind by virtue of their intertwined, interconnected, economically inter-dependent relationship.
It remains to be seen how much and which, if any of, THE above and following reactionary, collaborative, self-destructive, suicidal class and labor POLICIES are challenged by any new labor union:

BLOWING UP BP'S GULF CRUDE OIL GUSHER

A few weeks back, my June 3, 2010 post, I featured a C-SPAN interview with former Exxon Valdez plaintiff lawyer, Brian O'Neill, into which a viewer telephoned suggesting BP's Crude oil pipe/well problem be resolved by exploding, blowing it up, either with nukes, explosives, dynamite, whatever.
I indicated then such a solution can NOT be ruled out, it seemed superficially feasible but it required knowledgeable, technical expertise, review and scientific validation which I do NOT possess.
It turns out it is getting LOTS of media attention, NOW.
First, referring back to my June 3 post:

And, NOW, one out of MANY public sources expounding, revealing, exposing this NOT so extraordinary, radical solution weeks, months after humongous resources spent, damage done, continuing into the foreseeable future with NO CLEAR, firm, absolute solution in sight:
