Despite what I say above, it is important to realize TRUMP has NO bragging rights concerning his or any other real estate and/or casino empire.

Particulars of POST WWII NYC real estate speculation, development, asset bubble, is/are what made a Trump empire possible and this PATTERN continues unabated no matter WHO sits in government.

Trump did NOT create it, however.
He merely uses it for his own purposes.

This PROCESS EXPANDS RIGHT NOW, under every one's noses, EVERYWHERE, THANKS TO NAZI ROCKEFELLER CITIGROUP/EXXON/MORGAN FREE STIMULUS MONIES for urban CITIES LIKE PHILADELPHIA where one NAZI DEMOCRATIC convention to be held this summer AND OTHERS WHERE LUXURY, CONDO, REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SOAR with LOCAL TAX ABATEMENT FOR DEVELOPERS PROVIDED, WHILE OTHERS FOOT THE BILL WITH CORRESPONDINGLY RISING REAL ESTATE TAXES, FORCED to SELL OR MOVE AS A CONSEQUENCE.

Real estate development, speculation, represents a WAR ON POOR, WORKING CLASS, declasse.

Real estate speculation, development, bubbles, are insidious, pernicious, PARASITICAL VAMPIRES, VULCHERS, LAND GRABS, ASSET STRIPPING, DOMESTIC AND ABROAD.

They call it URBAN RENEWAL, WE CALL IT URBAN REMOVAL!

Since Trump hails FROM NYC, those in NYC know precisely what I mean and others will just have to learn the hard way.

A few SIMPLE background facts regarding NYC BECOMING HOME and PLAYGROUND for WEALTHY, LUXURY, RENTALS, CONDOS, OFFICES, another artificially manufactured ASSET BUBBLE.

This process began a long time back and many MIGHT remember FORMER NYC MAJOR ED KOCH when it REALLY began taking off with a vengeance.

(Ed Koch, himself, while trying to destroy rent control lived in a RENT CONTROLLED APARTMENT!)

The PROGRAM above was well into its making, however, with ENORMOUS ORGANIZED FIGHTBACK, RESISTANCE, OPPOSITION, from those residing in NYC at the time.

At THAT time, ONLY one MAJOR, SIGNIFICANT, locality existed with RENT CONTROL which was NYC, with approximately, roughly, ONE MILLION such rental housing units, apartments, ALL UNDER RENT CONTROL LAWS emanating from pre and post WWII, making it POSSIBLE FOR WORKING CLASS tenants to reside inexpensively in NYC.

NYC DID HAVE A LARGE WORKING CLASS POPULATION ALONG WITH INDUSTRY, such as the Garment District, which is what made it so great, and, NOW DISAPPEARED ENTIRELY!

NYC ALSO HAD an EXTENSIVE, FREE, HIGHER EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM, one of the best in the country.

Trump will NOT discuss ANY of these matters, I ASSURE YOU.
NOR WILL ANY OF HIS RIVALS.

That being said, HOWEVER, as I indicate ALSO in previous posts, US BEING COMPLETE, TOTALLY, 100%, NAZI OCCUPIED TERRITORY, it is incumbent for those who suffer most from industrial job, income, LOSS, to S-ELECT TRUMP BECAUSE HE AND IT WILL be COMPARATIVELY better for them.

BUT, THEY and WE MUST JOIN TOGETHER TO TAKE THE BATTLE FURTHER, DEEPER, BROADER, as I INDICATE ABOVE, and in previous posts, since our FAKE OPPOSITION WILL DO NOTHING BUT MORE OF SAME.

TRUMP OPENS UP ORGANIZING POSSIBILITIES.

It's up to EVERYONE to JOIN AND EXPAND their/his PROGRAM.

Trump understands the value, art, as he calls it, of a DEAL.
NEGOTIATIONS.

So, make a deal with HIM/THEM WITHOUT dropping A DEMAND, OPPOSITION, ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES, FOR COMPREHENSIVE AND EXPANDED SINGLE PAYER HEALTH CARE, i.e., MEDICARE FOR ALL; GUARANTEED DECENT PENSION SYSTEM FOR ALL IN THE FORM OF INCREASED SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS, and, its corollary an END to UNION PRIVATE PENSION AND HEALTH CARE INVESTMENT; as well as NATIONALIZING ALL INDUSTRY, ENERGY, BANKING, NATURAL RESOURCES so they NEVER can be taken away again and NO IMPERIALIST WARS FOUGHT FOR PRECEDING REASONS.

Take these and MORE ISSUES to a TRUMP CAMPAIGN and EDUCATE, LOBBY, NEGOTIATE, ETC.

DON'T BE STUPID ASSHOLES!

Consider Trump a STARTING POINT, A FIRST STEP, A DOOR OPENING.
