In Helmer's most recent article, to which I will link at the end, he has some interesting names.
Amongst all names mentioned in Helmer's article, encompassing those in embedded links as well, it really seems to me more a question NOT who is, but, rather who is NOT present or represented.
Everyone who is ANYBODY, it seems to me, accounted for, present and/or on a list.
First of all, cited or referenced in Helmer's piece is Eurasia.
This gets confusing to me as NUMEROUS covert think tanks, operatives and organizations like the Eurasia Foundation, Eurasia Group overlap and exist.
(Do searches on your own for the above names).
Many are attached to and/or or part of a George SOROS sponsored, so-called philanthropic, Open Society, Eurasia Group/Club empire, often with help, coordination, funding, assistance from the US State Dept and/or CIA.
They intersect and intertwine.
Our government REPRESENTS money and propertied interests, first and foremost.
So, NO distinction between public, state and private interests, except for TAXES emanating primarily, disproportionately, from working class constituents, recycled to promote and subsidize PRIVATE CAPITAL, their interests and expansion.

Soros, by the way, just donated $100 MILLION for so-called "Human Rights," which means everyone can expect more covert ops, such as our Pink Elephant shenanigans, colored revolutions, Human Rights, labor fronts, etc.
Soros is a CURRENCY SPECULATOR, profiteer, par excellence.

Now, the above can be considered more or less introduction, appetizer for the main course, below.
In conjunction with all above, US PRESIDENT HILLARY CLINTON happened to deliver a major foreign POLICY address, speech at the CFR TODAY.
Keep in mind content and contextualization from all preceding above and my many posts as background while listening to Clinton's one hour CFR POLICY address and subsequent discussion including a question and answer period.
Of course, one must ignore rhetorical propaganda.
Just grin and bear it.
Focus on underlying, substantive POLICY reflected in HILLARY'S presentation, sometimes more transparent, other times couched in obligatory rhetoric.
If anyone can stomach listening to the illiterate, juvenile platitudes, drivel and rantings of Unser Fuhrer Obooma, which I can NOT, Hillary is MUCH easier to digest.
She is articulate and one can discern POLICY underlying her oblique, but, occasionally, not so vague references.
Sometimes, she even approaches, dallies with being direct.
Basically, however, Hillary reaffirms or reiterates POLICY such as I have presented it on my posts, IF one knows HOW to read and interpret.
