Investors are learning detail’s of Iraq’s newly established foreign commerce court intended to provide legal recourse for investors and, consequently, attract more foreign funds to the country.

“After opening Iraq’s economy (to foreign investors), it was necessary to establish courts specialized in commercial issues as encouraging investment,” said Judge Amir Kadhim al-Shammari, the chief justice of Iraq’s supreme court, who will also head the investment court.

STUDENT NOTES

As students in England rampage around, I hate to say, they do NOT matter against the ABOVE backdrop.
THEY HAVE NO POWER.
They control NOTHING.
They are merely amongst the globe's useless eaters, part of a redundant labor force.
Free, public education, is a HARD WON battle.
So, now that everything becomes re-PRIVATIZED, the clock turned backwards, might as well put working class kids into debt to get an education.
Certainly, they ARE IN DEBT HERE.
The system could care less whether or not they are educated.
Education is a privilege for the wealthy.
As a matter of fact, the more stupid, ignorant they are the better.
And, on a note regarding stupid, ignorant students, I have more to say following below.
However, I give them credit for expressing rage, anger, frustration, indignation.
At least they are alive.
But, they need study Britian's NUM 1984-5 strike, Arthur Scargill, and HOW the strike was defeated:

The above named WRETCHED EUROPEAN REFUSE turned up on United Suckers and Assholes teeming post WWII NAZI refugee shores.
She addressed an audience at one of our numerous flavored "prestigious" teaching institutions on December 6, 2010 and teaches at one, as well, Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Before THAT, I thought, by way of introduction, I would link to a former post I did about Madeleine Korbel Albright.
The only reason I post her most recent address is to show what I consider a hopelessly LOST, propagandized, indoctrinated, brainwashed with historical revisionism, BIG LIES, fantasy and NO theory whatsoever GENERATION.

But, then, again, so is THEIR current arrogant, smug, contemptible and contemptuous CIA White House slave boy Obooma FUHRER, LYING like a Cheshire Cat through his grinning teeth.
He certainly is audacious, but, it is the audacity of mendacity, not hope.

Or, perhaps, ONLY hope.
The student body NOT only represents United Suckers and Assholes potential leadership, but, international ones, as well.

Finally, as an afterthought, if you happen to be watching or hearing our brouhaha over Obooma-Republican Bush tax cut deals and legislation, don't bother yourselves.
It's all political posturing, Kabuki style theatre, like everything else orchestrated in our NAZI dictatorship Wonderland.

The lowly Democrats have to look as if they represent the working class, so, they run around railing against Obooma's Republican-Bush tax cut legislation.

It's all calculated parliamentary tactics.

The legislation will pass anyway and they can say they were against it.
