Reports like that/link below circulate in varying forms concern alleged shooter Holmes PROMINENT FATHER, his position, and, most important, HOLMES FATHER scheduled to testify in Congress about a current, most recent amongst so many, financial, accounting, LIBOR scandal.

So, ASSUMING that last bit of presumed information is/was correct, it does APPEAR to me to have potentially damning, significant, relationship to Colorado events.

BUT, PRECISELY HOW, WHY, as yet to be explained??

If a desire to shut up FATHER HOLMES existed/s, why not just assassinate, intimidate, blackmail, threaten him, outright??

Why such an elaborate scheme via his son??

And, STILL, as far as I know, however, NO DEMANDS for RESEARCH, INVESTIGATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, INTO A HIGHLY SUSPECT, SECRETIVE, FEDERALLY FUNDED UNIV PROGRAM in which HOLMES was enrolled and ITS/THEIR relationship to events, principals, covert and/or overt government agencies, offices, individuals, persons, etc.

In order to answer ANY of MY questions, a REAL TRIAL and ensuing criminal investigation, subpoenas, witnesses, etc., would be necessary.
But, IF MY INITIAL hypothesis stands correct, NO trial to ensue.
Instead, Holmes to be declared INSANE, INCOMPETENT, thus, unable to stand trial.
