Up to their eyeballs in Fascist dirty tricks and class collaboration our AFL-CIA, SEIU labor leadership manages to subvert national, single-payer, not-for-profit health care insurance in the good, old United Suckers of Assholes NAZI Citigroup/Exxon/Morgan Obooma Dictatorship.
And, here is how.
It's an instructive and illustrative example of a general, consistent pattern of operation.

the following technique is a classic example of sham, corruption, PR, divide and conquer tactics, unchallenged and unquestioned and unconfronted by EVERYONE, except, of course, for diehards such as myself and some others who recognize it exactly for what it is.
So, on one hand, we have a noble, courageous, militant contingent, coterie of some prominent names and voices advocating, organizing for single-payer on a national level, such as the following:

The ONE, extraordinary, principled exception in this nightmare called a labor movement in United Suckers and Assholes is the California Nurses Association, named above.
And, Sal Roselli, fighting against the SEIU led Andy Stern gang.
On the other hand, here's how single payer gets defeated by those same folks above, through some clever, deceptive tactical maneuvers.
The AFL-CIA, SEIU labor hierarchy on a state level, such as Pennsylvania, for example, claims, supposedly, to support single payer legislation--
BUT ONLY ON A STATE BY STATE BASIS.
They are NOT advocating and organizing with THOSE ABOVE for a NATIONAL/FEDERALLY mandated program!
This is a clever PR trick, ruse designed to GET AROUND their fundamentally contradictory positions.
Thus, STATE, NOT FEDERAL, GOVERNMENTS under this/their plan, will be responsible for financing their PROPOSED single-payer STATE programs.
The State plan is guaranteed failure.
It diverts away attention, energy, resources and organization on a local level from a national struggle onto an inherently doomed state one AND thus does not challenge NAZI Citigroup/Exxon/Morgan Obooma Dictatorship FEDERAL TAX DOLLAR SUBSIDIZATION of EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING ELSE UNDER THE SUN!!
The NAZI Obooma Dictatorship is OFF THE FINANCIAL HOOK.
Instead, single payer financing would fall upon State budgets, State legislatures, State monies which can only come through further State taxes, already overstrained, non-existent, overburdened and, thus, single-payer can and will NOT happen. A program, demand, inherently, intrinsically, designed to fail.
Not to mention it would be a crazy patchwork, quilt of differing State bills.
Advocating single payer is meaningless UNLESS it is on a national level--
AND ALL ABOVE KNOW IT!!
Our currently existing, meagre, such as it is, retirement Medicare/Social Security national pension, insurance system, was designed and implemented NATIONALLY, NOT LOCALLY, NOT state by state.
Nobody here would have the audacity, temerity, insanity to suggest our meagre Medicare and Social Security system revert to funding and passage on a State by State basis.
It could never happen or work.
Yet, this is precisely what the AFL-CIA, SEIU are now proposing for single payer health care medical insurance.
The AFL-CIA, SEIU leadership's outstanding, unmitigated, unbridled chutzpah and those who follow them in United Suckers and Assholes is boundless and defies credulity!
There simply are NO limits to their cynical hypocrisy and self-serving duplicity!
And, of course, the above class collusion and cooptation is why NO unified, militant, organized, national, general strike, direct class actions occur for ANYTHING, including single payer, in United Suckers and Assholes NAZI Dictatorship.
IF such a REAL, independent labor movement existed in United Suckers and Assholes territory, we/they could turn everything around, upside down, topsy turvey.
Which is why the power Establishment, propertied class, makes sure it does not exist in this NAZI Dictatorship.
